Student affairs professionals play a pivotal role in shaping the medical education experience, yet their contributions to scholarship are often undervalued. This session aims to highlight how they contribute meaningfully to the scholarly landscape. This topic reflects the growing need for collaboration between student and educational affairs to enhance student support and advising through evidence-based practices, program evaluations, and innovative interventions. By addressing barriers that prevent student affairs professionals from engaging in scholarly work, this workshop seeks to empower participants with knowledge, skills, and confidence to elevate their work and enhance its visibility.
