This study is describing the collaborative process to enhance clerkship evaluations by aligning them with clerkship objectives. The framework addresses current challenges by revising evaluation questions improving clarity and relevance. "Not enough information" chosen by faculty was crucial in guiding us in the revision process of evaluation questions.
