In applying Kern’s 6 steps to address the goal of standardizing learning experiences in acting internships, a nominal group technique was used to identify entrustable professional activities (EPAs) to include in a required skills log in the post-clerkship. Students reported increased readiness to perform these tasks in preparation for residency.
