A longitudinal Professional Identity Formation (PIF) curriculum was developed, incorporating individual coaching, small group learning, and reflections to promote flourishing among medical students. Baseline data indicated that third-year students have significantly lower flourishing scores and suggested that PIF could enhance student flourishing.
