Oral Presentation: Professional Identity Formation | Development and Validation of a Professional Identity Formation Assessment Tool in Medical Education

This proposal presents the development and validation of a survey to assess Professional Identity Formation (PIF) in medical trainees and professionals. Preliminary results suggest a reliable tool for enhancing understanding of PIF across various training stages.
