In this session, participants will examine how a Community of Practice (CoP) can facilitate professional development aligned with LCME and ACGME requirements. After an initial brief presentation, participants will pursue collaborative group work, exploring designs for faculty development that leverage a CoP to foster cross-departmental collaboration and meaningful faculty engagement.
