Co-creation is a collaboration between educators and learners, demonstrated to improve engagement, metacognition, and quality of instructional methods in UME, but remains unexplored in GME. This pilot involving five resident and faculty pairs explored educational experiences and investigated the feasibility and value of co-creation in graduate medical education.
