This study assessed the impact of personalized acceptance letters on students’ sense of belonging at Texas Tech University Health Science Center El Paso’s medical school. It surveyed recipients' decision to matriculate, perceptions of success, and confidence, comparing outcomes from initial orientation to halfway through their first year.
