The Medical Innovators Development Program (MIDP) is the first multi-disciplinary program for traditional MD students to gain skills in and apply Biodesign fundamentals to self-discovered clinical needs. We describe 8 years of curriculum design, showcasing innovative approaches, major pivots, successes, and lessons learned for the future of the program.
