Per the results of our AAMC-GEA Class Project’s Longitudinal Programmatic Assessment Questionnaire, too few schools provide the kind of scaffolded systematic clinical skills feedback recommended in the literature. Per Ottawa principles and programmatic assessment models, we advocate for more widespread utilization of mentors and clinical skills learning plans.
