Leadership development is essential for adapting to the rapidly changing landscape of medical education. Developing a leadership approach is crucial to individuals’ professional growth as they aim to foster effective communication and teamwork in different settings. Despite the importance of this skillset, most individuals have not conceptualized their leadership approach and may not have adequate resources to handle challenging situations. Using Bolman and Deal’s Four-Frame Model of Leadership, they will explore and tackle common organizational challenges while reflecting on their current and evolving leadership approach that can be applied in their own environment.
