A structured, student-innovated telemedicine curriculum, implemented in the transitional phase between pre-clerkship and clerkship, can be effective in enhancing learner confidence across telemedicine competency domains. Asynchronous and synchronous curricular components are effective both individually and in conjunction to achieve this goal.
