A 2-year Lifestyle Medicine (LM) certificate program was developed to train medical learners in prescribing evidence-based lifestyle changes for addressing health disparities. Preliminary data indicate improved participant confidence and competence in prescribing LM compared to non-participants, addressing a critical gap in formal LM education within U.S. medical training programs.
