Oral Presentation: Who Are We? | Developing a Leadership Course for Medical Student Leaders

We developed a longitudinal leadership program for our elected student-leader's. Our program addresses leadership styles and helps develop student-leader's skills regarding emotional intelligence, giving and receiving feedback, professionalism, conflict resolution, and building trust using a flipped-classroom model and small group discussions with leaders from our university and health system.
