This project is an evaluation of the implementation of Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) in the pre-clerkship curriculum at Baylor College of Medicine. In analyzing Year-End Survey feedback, the study identifies strengths and areas for improvement in CBME, offering actionable recommendations to enhance faculty engagement, assessment practices, and student well-being.
