A longitudinal, multimodal curriculum was co-created by an academic institution and a health organization to address racism, implicit biases, and their impact on healthcare delivery. Pre- and post-surveys, along with qualitative analysis of reflections, demonstrated the training's effectiveness and deepened participants' understanding of racism and bias in healthcare delivery.
