Oral Presentation: The Growth of Us | A Workshop on Flourishing: Finding your Personal Values within Academic Medicine Culture

Using Vanderweele's flourishing theory, we created a 60-minute workshop aimed at providing trainees a greater understanding of how their personal character strengths contribute to a career that allows them to flourish. This session describes our approach and outcomes as well as next steps for the workshop series.
