This session considers the factors involved and specific perspectives when reflecting on the themes of wellbeing, flourishing and mental health of learners and the staff and faculty that support them. In the process of supporting our learners, it is relevant to identify the opportunity for modeling wellbeing behaviors, as faculty and staff, as this can have significant impact on student support efforts and medical education.
