This 75-minute virtual workshop aimed to prepare first-year medical students for clinical clerkships by focusing on time management, study strategies, and NBME Shelf exam preparation. The workshop resulted in significant improvements in participants' confidence across key areas: applying clinical reasoning to NBME questions, effective study strategies, and planning study schedules.
