The preclinical capstone Classrooms to Clinics (C2C) course helps ease medical students' transition to clerkships by combining educational, developmental and social perspectives on this transition. C2C emphasizes that the same self-regulatory and social learning habits that facilitate life-long learning can be leveraged to make the transition to clerkship.
